This role is ideal for a capable strata qualified looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a well-maintained portfolio.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a stable commercial and industrial strata portfolio, ensuring compliance, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality service delivery.Manage a portfolio of ~30 commercial & industrial strata propertiesPrepare and conduct AGM and committee meetingsLiaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholdersOversee maintenance, repairs, and contractor managementManage budgets, levies,



and financial reportingEnsure compliance with relevant strata legislationRespond to enquiries in a qualified and timely mannerAbout YouProven experience as a Strata Manager (commercial/industrial experience preferred)Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organised with robust attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadA current Strata Certificate / LicenceWhat's On OfferPart-time role with flexible working hoursCan add an extra 1 - 2 days / week if you're open to taking on general Admin tasks for the wider property / development team (not necessary)Manageable, well-structured portfolioSupportive and professional team environmentCompetitive remuneration based on experienceOpportunity for additional hours or growth over timeUse StrataMaster
