We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Storeman / Warehouse & Logistics to join our team at HYDAC' in Altona North, VIC.
This full time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehousing and logistics functions.What you'll be doingLoading & unloading trucks and Forklift drivingData entry into computer systemSorting and filing documents with reference to shipmentsStocking goods in the appropriate racks or locationStock checking, counting and verificationPhysical picking of items, assembly and packingPrepare documents for dispatchMaintaining the factory and store area in a clean and secure conditionPerform administrative tasks and documentation control in an ISO environmentWhat we're looking forQualifications:Forklift Licence - backed up with demonstrable forklift driving experienceCert IV Warehousing certificateA positive level of mechanical aptitude an advantageAdditional Skills:Very good written and verbal communication skills in the English languageHigh attention to detailReliability with a good work ethic and organisational skillsCommitted to ensure that tasks are followed through and completed efficientlyWillingness to be "hands on" and fully involved in the production process as requiredWhat we offerAt HYDAC, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
