- We are looking for Home Care Workers who can work in the Gold Coast region – North Gold Coast (Coomera), Central Gold Coast, South Gold Coast Region (Tweed Heads), and:

- Have a genuine interest and respect for our diverse senior community’s unique personalities, history and values.
- Possess a compassionate, empathetic, kind and caring nature.




- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
- Are self‑motivated with a positive work ethic, committed to delivering client‑focused care in the comfort of their homes.
- Display a warm and friendly attitude, consistently reliable and always honest.
- Adhere to safe work practices and understands and respects professional boundaries.
- What you will need:
- Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, and Social Support, or relevant experience in residential facilities.
- A current driver’s license
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
- A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children (Blue Card)
