ProQuest Recruitment is excited to be partnering with one of Australia's leading memorabilia and collectables businesses. For more than a decade, our client has worked alongside some of Australia's biggest sporting organisations, media outlets and sporting talent to create high-quality framed and boxed collectable products.

What's on Offer?

- Work with a market-leading Australian memorabilia and collectables business
- Permanent role within a supportive, close-knit team
- Work 36 hours and be paid for 38 hours during off peak - Monday to Thursday, 6:30am-4:00pm
- Friday shifts during peak periods, plus occasional Saturdays with OT rates
- An additional 4 days of annual leave each year
- Full training provided - framing experience is not essential but a huge bonus

About the Role

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will assist in the production of premium framed and boxed memorabilia products.



This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone with good manual dexterity, a solid eye for detail and pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

- Fit and assemble frames
- Operate matboard and box-cutting machinery
- Mount prints and matboard to backing materials
- Assemble boxed collectable products
- Use small hand and power tools, including drills and glue guns
- Pack completed products for dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
- Work to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Strong manual dexterity and confidence working with your hands
- Experience using small hand or power tools such as drills, glue guns or similar equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
- A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in framing, assembly, manufacturing or production will be highly regarded, but is not essential
