About the Role

As an Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse while providing leadership and exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and providing leave coverage when required
- Inventory control using SAP
- Coordinating receiving, despatch and workload planningli>
- Accessing and utilising customer WMS (MFG Pro)
- Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
- Assisting with general warehouse operations

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisory warehouse role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
- Current Forklift License with High Reach and Counterbalance experience
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
- A reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
