Included In What You’ll Do

- Manage vehicle registration renewals to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external authorities and handle registration payments accurately and on time.
- Data entry of registration payments and accurate reconciliation of payments.
- Assist customers with requests and apply necessary changes with issuing authorities.
- Cross-train in related areas like fuel cards, eTags, infringements, and novated operations.

Included In What You Have





- Knowledge of registration processes and salary packaging/payroll systems.
- High attention to detail with strong numerical and communication skills.
- Customer service and administrative experience, with a knack for problem-solving.
- A proactive approach to customer requests and operational challenges.
- Ability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
