Remuneration: $75,011.91 - $81,508.14 per annum - $37.83 - $41.10 per hour Hours Per Week: up to 38

Located in: Cumberland Where you'll be working Join Riverview Unit, a specialist inpatient mental health service for adults aged 18 years and over, located within Cumberland Hospital-NSW's largest and Australia's oldest mental health facility.

Responsibilities

- Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
- Monitor, assess and report changes in consumers' physical and mental health, escalating concerns appropriately.
- Support consumers with activities of daily living, therapeutic engagement and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, person-centred mental health care, including supporting consumers with complex mental health presentations.

Selection Criteria

- Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective interpersonal
