Home to Hyundai , Nissan , Isuzu UTE and Geely , our Mt Gravatt Service Department is one of the busiest workshops within the Keema Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and manage service bookings
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop




- Prepare accurate quotes, repair orders, and invoices
- Provide regular updates to customers throughout the service processEnsure vehicles are completed on time and to a high standard
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment
- Most importantly, bring a positive & resilient attitude, enjoy what you do, and have fun while being part of a high-performing team.

About You

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
- Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred but not essential
- Confident using computers and dealership software
- Automotive servicing and repair knowledge highly regarded
- Positive, resilient and solutions-focused attitude
- Eager to learn, grow and embrace new opportunities
