What You’ll Be Doing

As an Aftersales Service Advisor , you will be the key connection between our customers and the service workshop.
Your role is to ensure every BYD owner receives exceptional support and a premium aftersales experience — from service booking and repair coordination to vehicle handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and empathy throughout their service journey
- Manage daily service bookings, repair orders, and workshop scheduling
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, costs, and repair timelines




- Liaise with technicians, parts, and logistics teams to ensure efficient job progress
- Coordinate warranty and service campaign claims in line with manufacturer standards
- Update customer and vehicle data in the system.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates during the service process
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Support service reporting, invoicing, and KPI tracking for management review

What We’re Looking For Required

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive aftersales/service role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively between customers and workshop teams
- Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Organised and proactive approach to workload management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS/CRM systems
- Professional presentation and commitment to premium service standards

Highly Regarded

- Experience in luxury, premium, or EV brands
- Knowledge of EV service operations and dealership workflows
- Familiarity with Pentana, ERA, or similar systems
