About the Role

As a Graduate Consultant,you’llwork directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve businessoutcomesand support large-scale transformation. This is a business-facing role whereyou’llact as an advisor,facilitatorand analyst across a range of exciting engagements

You’llgain experience in:

- Project delivery and execution
- Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Process design,improvementand implementation
- Customer and user experience mapping
- Data insights and remediation
- Agile and human-centred design methods

Ideal candidates will be:

- Recent graduates (or graduating by late 2026) inBusiness/Finance, Economics, InformationTechnologyor related field
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Solid in critical thinking,analysisand written communication
- Interested insuperannuation,financialservicesor consulting
- Team-oriented,proactiveand adaptable

Australian citizens or permanent residents,Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
