- Riverland Brisbane
- Lord Alfred Hotel
- Plus additional Brisbane locations

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and delivering high-quality meals during busy service periods
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
- Supporting stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively within a rapid-paced kitchen brigade




- Contributing ideas and maintaining high operational standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen
- A passion for producing quality food
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
