Mercy Health Group in Victoria is inviting applications for a part time position in the Older Adults team.
The role involves clinical assessment and coordination of care for older adults, within community settings and hospital-linked services.You will work 64 hours per fortnight at Williams Landing Hub, with a salary of AU$* per hour.
Applicants must be an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration (Medication Endorsement) and hold a current Victorian drivers license.
