Known for our cutting-edge menu, specialty coffee, and exceptional customer service, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue and support our continued growth.Location: Adelaide SASalary: $75, 000plus superannuation based on years of experience.Key Responsibilities-Managing the daily operations of the café and ensuring smooth service delivery.
-Planning and organising dining service activities to maximise customer satisfaction.
-Monitoring revenue, controlling costs, and assisting with budgeting and financial performance.
-Recruiting, training, supervising, and rostering front-of-house staff.
-Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
-Managing customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery where required.
-Monitoring stock levels and coordinating purchasing activities.




-Working closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and service standards.
-Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
-Assisting with promotional activities and business development initiatives.Skills and Experience-Diploma level qualification or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
-Minimum 1 year of relevant management experience in a café or restaurant setting.
-Robust leadership and team management skills.
-Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
-Sound understanding of hospitality operations, budgeting, and staff management.
