Warehousing – Pickers, Packers & Forklift Operators

About the Role

As a Warehouse Pick Packers, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders in a fast‑paced distribution environment. You’ll be working with modern systems and equipment in a clean, well‑organised facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Pick Packer:

- Ensuring all packed orders meet quality standards prior to staging for dispatch
- Working closely with the picking team to maintain a smooth, efficient pack line and meet daily throughput targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe packing station at all times
- Previous experience operating a tugger or working as a fast picker in a warehouse environment
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets





What We’re Looking For

- A strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to KPIs
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg where required
- A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and correct manual handling practices
- Comfortable working with warehouse systems and RF scanners
- Strong capability operating high reach forklifts
- Confidence with putaways, replenishment, and truck loading/unloading
- Ability to work afternoon shifts starting from 4pm
- Ability to work night shifts starting from 10pm

Requirement

- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test
- Must have a valid forklift licence (LF) who can operate both high reach and counterbalance
