Are you an experienced early childhood leader looking for a rare opportunity to leave a lasting legacy? Journey Early Learning is seeking an exceptional Centre Manager to lead the opening of our brand-new Lucknow Centre , opening in November 2026 .

As our inaugural Centre Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to recruit and develop your team, establish a thriving centre culture and create meaningful relationships with children, families and the local community from day one. Supported by an experienced Centre Quality Manager and dedicated central support teams, you'll be empowered to shape the success of our newest Journey Early Learning centre.

About the Role

As Centre Manager, you'll provide operational and pedagogical leadership, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional early childhood education and care while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.

From recruiting and onboarding your team to driving occupancy, mentoring educators and building strong community partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a centre where children, families and educators feel welcomed, connected and inspired every day.

About You

Hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Previous Centre Manager experience, or significant experience as an Assistant Centre Manager ready to take the next step

Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster a positive, collaborative centre culture

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards

Commercial mindset with experience managing occupancy, centre operations and financial performance

Passion for mentoring, coaching and developing educators to achieve their full potential

Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with children, families,



educators and the wider community

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
