At Harbro Furniture , we've been designing and manufacturing quality Australian furniture since 1977.

We're not a high-volume production factory. While we manufacture our own established furniture range, we also work on bespoke pieces and custom projects for architects, interior designers and homeowners who value exceptional craftsmanship.

We're looking for an experienced upholsterer who genuinely cares about quality. Someone who notices the small details, enjoys solving challenges and gets satisfaction from creating furniture that's built to last.

The Role

Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in all aspects of the upholstery process, including:

- Upholstering sofas, modulars, ottomans, beds and banquette seating
- Frame preparation and final assembly
- Foam and Dacron fitting
- Cushion filling and finishing
- Recovering existing furniture
- Quality checking finished products




- Working closely with our production team to deliver furniture to the highest standard

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Has previous upholstery experience (essential)
- Takes genuine pride in your workmanship
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Can work independently and efficiently
- Is reliable, organised and punctual
- Works well as part of a small team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Holds a current driver's licence (manual licence an advantage)
