We are hiring a Work Support Mentor to assist participants with disability, injury or health conditions to thrive in their new employment, with post-placement support and robust employer partnerships across the Ovens ESA region.
You will provide on-the-job support, track outcomes, and help with training and reasonable adjustments, enabling sustained employment and confidence-building for participants.
