Sydney City Volkswagen is seeking an Junior Volkswagen Service Advisor to join our established team. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our Volkswagen service department.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming customers, and understanding their vehicle service requirements
- Booking in customer vehicles for service and repairs, and ensuring timely completion
- Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and recommendations
- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to vehicle service and repairs
- Supporting the sales team by identifying potential upsell opportunities

What we're looking for

- Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and an understanding of service and repair procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills,



with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Robust problem-solving and time management skills to efficiently manage the service department
- A passion for the Volkswagen brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Experience with Titan, Xtime and Triage will be highly regarded
