This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Operations, Property and senior business leaders to support investment decisions, capital planning and business performance.You'll play a key role in supporting property and operational decision-making while helping deliver greater visibility over capital expenditure, business cases and portfolio performance.
This role will suit someone who enjoys business partnering, financial modelling and turning data into commercial insights that influence decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and review business cases for current investments and operational initiatives.Build financial models, scenario analysis and ROI assessments.Partner with Property and Operations stakeholders to support capital planning and portfolio decisions.Analyse business performance, costs,



margins and operational drivers.Support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Identify prospects to improve reporting, controls and decision-making processes.Contribute to ongoing finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.About YouCA/CPA qualified.Experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A;, Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Analysis.Strong financial modelling and business case capability.Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions constructively.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.Experience in retail, multi-site, property, automotive, hospitality or operationally complex businesses will be highly regarded.Comfortable operating in an evolving workplace and managing competing priorities.
