Gagliardi Scott Real Estate is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and organised Social Media Marketing & Administration team member to join our growing business.

This is a dynamic role that combines marketing, administration and customer service. Every day is different, you will be creating engaging social media content one minute and assisting with office administration or answering phones the next.

About the Role

Working alongside our Sales, Property Management and Administration teams, you'll help promote our brand while providing valuable administrative support across the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating and scheduling content across Facebook and Instagram
- Editing property videos, reels and office content
- Assisting with property marketing campaigns
- Updating websites, online listings and digital platforms
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Greeting clients and visitors professionally
- General administration and office support
- Maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with office events, projects and day-to-day operations




- Supporting the wider team wherever required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a positive, friendly and qualified attitude
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys both creative work and administration
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has experience with Canva
- Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
- Is proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team
- Previous experience in marketing, administration or real estate is preferred but not essential . We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
