What You'll Do

- Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and accurately identify cardiac arrhythmias
- Review, document, and prepare physician‑ready reports using cardiac monitoring software
- Monitor incoming transmissions and promptly elevate critical findings according to protocol
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a 24/7 monitoring environment
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient care objectives
- Ensure accurate documentation and report completion within established timelines
- Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Successful completion of a basic ECG course
- Ability to independently interpret ECG rhythm strips
- Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience
- Current CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, or RN credential required
- CCT certification required within 90 days of hire if not currently certified
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
