What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of complex, large-scale projects across the government, defense, and infrastructure sectors.
- Drive strategic business development and maintain executive-level relationships with key ACT stakeholders.
- Provide high-level commercial governance, procurement strategy, and risk management advice.
- Oversee the financial performance of the Canberra business unit, ensuring profitability and growth.
- Act as a mentor and coach to the cost and wider team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and qualified growth.
About You
- Extensive experience in cost management or commercial advisory within a consultancy environment.
- A proven track record of leading large teams and delivering major capital programs ($100m+).
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Chartered status (MRICS / AIQS / CPPM) or equivalent senior professional standing.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to influence at the C-suite and government executive levels.
