The Onset is seeking an Implementation Capability Lead to shape how the Qualified Services function evolves and to lead a team of Implementation Consultants. You will drive capability, governance, and operating maturity that enable scalable, consistent customer delivery in a growing SaaS business.
You’ll partner with Delivery Managers and senior leadership to strengthen delivery capability, develop future leaders and create operating rhythms that support ongoing growth.
