Superloop seeks a Head of Incident and Crisis Management to establish and drive our Major Incident and Crisis Management capability. You will own policies, playbooks, escalation paths and governance to ensure rapid decision-making and effective communications during incidents.
The role requires coordinating with executives and resolver teams, maintaining 24x7 readiness, and leading continuous improvement through reviews, metrics and exercises across the organization.
