Key Responsibilities:
Deliver impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all guest rooms
Prepare guest rooms with precision: making beds, refreshing amenities, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring every detail enhances the guest’s stay
Maintain housekeeping equipment and amenities with care and efficiency
Uphold Sofitel brand standards with consistency, pride, and professionalism
Contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that anticipates guest needs

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or premium workplace
A commitment and passion for delivering refined, five‑star service
Robust physical capability and able to exhibit secure manual‑handling practices
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
The ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster




Excellent time‑management skills and a proactive approach in enhancing the guest experience
