As a Job Coach, you'll empower people to build confidence, develop skills and take steps towards employment.

What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships and motivate clients throughout their employment journey
Help clients develop confidence, skills and job readiness
Connect clients with employment opportunities through local employers and our Employer Engagement team
Support people to maintain employment and overcome challenges
Work with community partners and support services to achieve positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements

Or any role where you've supported, guided or worked closely with people.

You’ll succeed if you have:
A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
A positive, resilient mindset




The ability to stay organised in a structured, goal-focused environment
A current Australian driver's licence
