Support our Workshop Manager and help keep a busy heavy vehicle workshop running smoothly.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Workshop Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and supporting others to keep operations running efficiently.

Working closely with our Workshop Manager and the wider operational team , you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, allowing the Workshop Manager to focus on leading the workshop and looking after customers while helping ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Workshop Manager with day-to-day administration
- Creating and maintaining job files
- Updating repair orders and workshop systems
- Following up paperwork and ensuring documentation is complete
- Assisting with parts administration and purchase orders
- Preparing invoices and supporting job costing li>
- Coordinating with technicians to keep paperwork up to date
- General office and administrative duties as required

This is a fast-paced role where organisation,



communication and attention to detail are key.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a busy environment
- Professional communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Experience in the heavy vehicle, automotive or transport industry is preferred but not essential
