ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a commercially astute and strategic GM Financeto join the Finance leadership team. Reporting to the Group CFO and Divisional CEO you'll be the key finance partner to the leadership team, providing commercial insight, financial leadership and strategic guidance to support growth across a national network. This is an exciting chance to influence business performance while creating and leading a high-performing finance team.

DUTIES

- Provide high-quality business facing support on business performance, decision support, planning, capital allocation, network investment, pricing, workforce productivity,



margin improvement, acquisitions, JVs and strategic initiatives
- Own the Divisional results end to end and apply a commercial lens
- Provide insightful analysis and commercial judgement enabling business and investment decisions and financial and strategic goals to be delivered

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrated Business Partnering experience. CA, CPA
- Complex multi-site services experience preferred
- 5-10 years senior commercial/decision support experience
- Resilience, experienced in working in fast pace, high growth environments. A "roll the sleeves up and dive in" attitude
- Strong commercial judgement and understanding of operations
- A strategic leader who influences senior stakeholders and operational non finance people and leads high performing teams
- Engaging, has gravitas, a genuine people person and leader
