OverviewWe are urgently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator for a temporary role within a government customer service team based in Ipswich.
This role sits within the Applications Team and will be responsible for processing customer applications, managing enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry while delivering a high level of customer service.ResponsibilitiesReview and process customer applications, payments, mail, and correspondence.Provide a high level of customer service and respond to customer enquiries in accordance with guidelines, policies, business rules, service standards, and procedures.Scan, register, and input mail within the electronic records management system.Complete all necessary follow-up administrative actions.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications,



including Excel and WordExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver quality resultsAdaptability and robust organizational skillsFlexibility to work hours per week between 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to FridayEmployment detailsThis casual role is suitable for applicants seeking hours per week.
Based on current business needs, the temporary assignment is anticipated to be approximately 3 months, with potential for extension.
The casual hourly rate is $* (plus superannuation).
