The Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC is seeking a Safety Manager for the Malmsbury Youth Justice Precinct to provide high‑level advice to executives and drive a safety‑first culture while delivering against health, safety and wellbeing strategies.

You will lead safety and wellbeing initiatives, identify risks, and collaborate with partners across locations to ensure compliance with OHS legislation and regulatory standards, including incident resolution and staff coaching.
