Administration & Customer Service Officer

Licences 4 Work are looking for Experienced Administration and Customer Service Officers to join our expanding Sunshine West Training Site. The roles will report directly to the Branch Manager.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team on a Part-Time basis. Availability is required on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with flexibility to work additional days when needed.

Your duties will include:

Customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about excellent customer service

Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have:





Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships with all clients & stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team

If you have previous RTO experience, then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
