The opportunity to shape the future:

As the General Manager – Data & Insights, you will establish the strategic direction, operating model and capability required to mature the organisation’s enterprise data function.

Key responsibilities include:

- Define and deliver the enterprise data strategy , roadmap and governance framework;
- Build a high-performing data function , establishing the capability, standards and operating model required for long-term success;
- Lead the evolution of enterprise data platforms, governed data products and analytics capabilities ;
- Establish trusted data practices across quality, governance, lineage, security and privacy;
- Partner with executives and business leaders to translate organisational priorities into data-driven insights and outcomes ; and
- Create the foundations required for responsible AI adoption through strong governance,



data quality and control frameworks.

The successful candidate will bring:

- Senior leadership experience across enterprise data strategy, governance, platforms, analytics or major transformation programs;
- A proven ability to establish scalable and trusted data capabilities within complex or federated organisations;
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Boards, Executives and senior leaders ; and
- Experience connecting data strategy to measurable organisational outcomes.
