Job Description
End-to-end payroll processing across a large, multi-award workforce
Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
Partner with HR, Finance, and key stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely payroll outcomes
Lead and support continuous improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
Support audits, reconciliations, and payroll reporting activities
Identify risks and implement robust governance and control measures
