Kmart is seeking a Retail Media Sales Lead to drive commercial growth, shape our proposition and build long-term partnerships with advertisers, agencies and suppliers. You will lead revenue initiatives and develop integrated retail media solutions across onsite, offsite, in-store and CRM channels.

The role requires 5+ years in retail media or advertising sales with a proven revenue track record and robust negotiation skills.
