As part of our HR practice, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the experience of clients and candidates across the Sydney market. You’ll bring curiosity, authenticity and courage to every interaction: unlocking potential, creating meaningful impact and strengthening TOM’s reputation for excellence.

What you’ll do

- Lead and grow a portfolio of HR clients across Sydney, delivering insight‑driven recruitment solutions.
- Partner closely with Kenny Ko on senior HR mandates, market insights and relationship development.
- Build deep, trusted connections with candidates—guiding, supporting and championing their career journeys.
- Play an active role in elevating TOM’s brand in the HR community through thought leadership, events and market engagement.

What you’ll bring





- 5+ years’ experience in the local HR recruitment market(preferably more), with a strong network and reputation.
- A relationship‑first approach grounded in care, authenticity and commercial thinking.
- A passion for unlocking potential - within clients, candidates and the TOM community.
- Drive, agility and a commitment to continuous improvement.
