Top of the Crop Labour Hire Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Tractor Operator to support horticultural operations within the Mildura table grape industry. Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Operate tractors and agricultural equipment.
- Palletise and move harvested produce.
- Load and unload trucks and transport vehicles.
- Assist with dispatch and logistics activities.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and pre-start checks.
- Maintain workplace health and safety requirements.
- Complete inventory and stock movement records.
Skills and Experience
- Experience operating forklifts in an agricultural or logistics environment.
- Current Forklift Licence (LF).
- Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
- Ability to work safely and independently.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a regional horticultural environment.

Successful candidates will be offered employment on a full-time basis and paid under the Horticultural Award 2020 at a starting rate of level 1 $25.74 per hour. Workers must have the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be available for early morning starts 6-7 days a week if required. Regular weekend work may also be required including Sundays.
