As an authorised dealer for Goldacres, Deutz-Fahr, Versatile and Kioti we're continuing to grow and are looking for an enthusiastic Goldacres Product Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your mechanical skills with customer support, product demonstrations and technical expertise. You'll become the go-to person for everything Goldacres, working closely with our customers, sales team and service department to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.

About the Role

As our Goldacres Product Specialist, you'll support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their machine from demonstrations and delivery through to servicing, diagnostics and ongoing technical support.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, commissioning and delivering new machines
- Conducting customer handovers and operator training
- Diagnose and assist in servicing and repairing Goldacres spraying equipment
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting both in the workshop and on-farm
- Assisting the Sales Team with demonstrations, field days and customer visits
- Becoming the trusted technical expert for the Goldacres product range
- Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding after-sales support

About You





We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as working on machinery.

Ideally you'll have:

- Experience with agricultural, diesel, heavy vehicle or mobile plant equipment
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to continue learning
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Experience with spraying equipment or precision agriculture is advantageous but not essential—we'll provide factory training for the right person.
