SNAICC – National Voice for our Children, Collingwood VIC, seeks a Director Policy and Research for a full-time, fixed-term role (76 hours per fortnight, 2 years). The appointee will guide policy reform and research priorities to advance the rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.

The role requires solid policy analysis, strategic leadership, budget management, and the ability to lead complex projects and teams with effective stakeholder engagement.
