Talent Corp is partnering with a large public sector organisation in Parramatta/Sydney Olympic Park to deliver a major SAP SuccessFactors HCM Recruitment & On-boarding project. This hybrid, contract-to-June 2027 role will lead end-to-end delivery of a critical HR transformation and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes for a large workforce.

Reporting to the Program Director, you will oversee scope, schedule, budget and risk, manage vendor and cross‑functional teams, ensure governance
