The NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking a Manager Supervision (Operations and Assurance) for SIRA in Sydney. This senior role leads licensing, supervision and enforcement while driving improvements in regulatory processes to strengthen public trust.

You will oversee the regulatory framework, educate teams, and collaborate with industry and regulators to deliver effective regulation across NSW. Salary is competitive, with superannuation; opening salary aligns with Grade 11/12 levels.
