What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Technician, you will:

Carry out diagnostics, repairs, servicing and maintenance on a range of heavy equipment

Accurately record all work completed, including parts used and time taken

Keep the workshop tidy and take care of tools, machines and equipment

Work closely with the team and customers to identify service needs and provide solutions

Follow all safety procedures and represent the company professionally on-site

Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners

Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation,



and continuous improvement

What We’re Look For someone who:

Hands-on experience with heavy diesel equipment, including major repairs and overhauls

Strong diagnostic skills in electrical, hydraulic and IT systems

Great communication skills and a strong focus on customer service

Valid driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia

Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow

A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results

This role requires specific certifications or licenses; we’ll request them later in the recruitment process.
