Job Description

Must Have Skills:

- Strong understandingof UAT methodologies, business process validation, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecyclemanagement.




- Excellent stakeholdermanagement and communication—able to align business, product, andengineering.
- Ability to plan andrun structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with transparent status reporting.
- Proven experience withAzure DevOps Work Items and Boards
- Familiarity with testautomation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
- Experience withcontact center platforms (Contact Centre (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW)) and telephony concepts (IVR)

Nice to Have Skills:

- Prior experience in insurancedomain is a plus
