About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Officer to join our Marketing& Engagement team and help showcase the incredible programs, services andfacilities that make Latrobe City a vibrant and welcoming community.

In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support theplanning, coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns acrossdigital, print, website, social media and email channels. Working closely withinternal stakeholders, you'll create engaging content, maintain and optimisedigital platforms, and help ensure our marketing activities are delivered ontime, on brand and with impact.

From promoting major community facilities such as LatrobeLeisure, Latrobe Regional Gallery and Gippsland Performing Arts Centre, tosupporting a wide range of Council services, no two days will be the same.You'll play an important role in helping our community stay informed, connectedand engaged.

About You

You're a passionate marketing professional with a flair forcreating engaging content and delivering campaigns that achieve results. Youbring a positive, can-do attitude, strong organisational skills and the abilityto manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You enjoy collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholdersand can confidently translate ideas into compelling marketing initiatives.Whether you're updating website content, producing an EDM, coordinating acampaign schedule or analysing marketing performance, you take pride indelivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service.

Most importantly, you're someone who thrives in acollaborative team environment,



embraces continuous improvement and is excitedabout using your marketing expertise to make a positive impact in thecommunity.

What You'll Bring

- Tertiaryqualifications in Marketing, Digital Communications, Graphic Design or arelated discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experiencedeveloping and delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiplechannels.
- Experienceapplying brand guidelines and maintaining consistent, professionalmarketing collateral.
- Strongorganisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to managecompeting deadlines.
- Experienceusing marketing and design platforms such as Adobe InDesign, Canva andMailchimp.
- Knowledgeof digital marketing tools including website content management systems,Google Analytics and social media advertising platforms.

Successful applicants will be required to apply for andsatisfactorily obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children'sCheck.
