About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to provide administrative and operational support to our NSW sales team.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure customers receive timely quotations and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare freight quotations and rate proposals.
- Support Sales Executives with customer account administration.
- Assist with rate maintenance and rate rollovers.
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing records.




- Coordinate with Documentation and Operations teams to support customer requirements.
- Prepare reports and sales administration as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative sales team workplace.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years experience in shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, or sales support.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Shipping Systems & Process Knowledge.
- We are looking for motivated, responsible with ability to solve complex problems individuals with experience as Sales Supervisor, preferably in Line Shipping.
