Stream Healthcare is partnering with a leading Allied Health provider to recruit a Community Podiatrist to join their growing teams across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

You'll manage a varied caseload, build meaningful relationships with your clients, and make a genuine difference by delivering high-quality care within the community.

The Role:
- Provide high-quality podiatry services to clients in their homes and within the community.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions.
- Deliver routine podiatry care, diabetic foot assessments, high-risk foot care, nail and skin care, footwear advice, and orthotic recommendations where appropriate.
- Develop personalised treatment plans to help clients achieve their health and mobility goals.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic,
client-centred care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to ongoing career development and best practice.

To be successful, you'll have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Podiatrist.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Current Australian driver's licence.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A passion for community-based care and improving client outcomes.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
