Head of Sales | $4M/Month Ecommerce Company | Sydney

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage a few KPIs, run weekly meetings and call it sales leadership.

We’re recruiting a Head of Sales for one of Australia’s leading ecommerce education companies. The business is already doing more than $4M AUD per month, has a proven inbound sales engine and a top closer tracking toward nearly $1M in earnings this year.

The foundation is built. They now need a serious sales operator who can take full ownership of the department and make it perform at an even higher level.

You’ll work closely with the founder and lead a team of established high-ticket closers and setters. You’ll be expected to see problems early, build systems that solve them, coach the team hard and stay close enough to the sales floor to know exactly where revenue is being won or lost.

This is for someone who has already built or led a high-performance sales team. Someone commercially sharp,



highly accountable and comfortable being measured by the numbers.

What you’ll own

The performance of the entire inbound sales department
Daily stand-ups, call reviews, coaching and rep accountability
Sales strategy, forecasting, conversion rates and revenue targets
The full process from lead allocation and follow-up through to close
Hiring, onboarding and developing elite closers and setters
Identifying bottlenecks and building systems that permanently fix them
Alignment between sales, marketing and customer success
Personally stepping onto calls when leadership from the front is required

Explicit reporting and recommendations to the founder and senior leadership

Who we’re looking for
You have at least three years of proven sales leadership experience and can point to the numbers your teams produced.
