delivered, maintained and supported efficiently. DeltaFM are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead village
maintenance operations at our Moranbah site on a 8:6 roster. This role supports
safe, efficient service delivery across a high‑compliance accommodation village
and plays a key part in client engagement, contractor oversight and operational

performance.

THE POSITION

- Leading the day‑to‑day delivery of village maintenance services, ensuring protected, efficient and compliant operations.
- Managing the works management system including triage, task allocation,



workflow monitoring and accurate client reporting.
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders to support issue resolution, negotiations and long‑term contract performance.
- Overseeing subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with safety, IR, licensing and service standards.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service across the village, ensuring presentation, responsiveness and end‑user satisfaction.
- Managing cost control, stock, consumables and ordering processes to support efficient operations.
- Monitoring financial performance, supporting budgeting and completing monthly stocktakes.
