Job Description

SGCH Group in Redfern, NSW, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead the organisation-wide safety strategy, governance and culture, ensuring a protected working environment for staff and customers.

You will report to the Director, Safety Operations, oversee a safety team, drive compliance, incident investigations and continuous improvement, and partner with leaders across SGCH to embed a sustainable safety culture.
