Greater West Landscapes is a Western Sydney based commercial civil and landscape contractor delivering high-quality landscape construction projects across Sydney for government, developers and civil contractors.

With a strong pipeline of work secured, we're looking for experienced Landscape Tradespeople and Leading Hands to join our growing construction team.

The Opportunity

You'll work on some of Sydney's most exciting commercial landscape projects, including:

- Parks and open spaces
- Streetscapes
- Sports fields
- Large residential developments
- Public domain and civil landscape projects

Whether you're an experienced tradesperson looking to develop into a Leading Hand, or an established Leading Hand wanting to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering high-quality landscape construction works
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Constructing paving, concrete, retaining walls, fencing, irrigation, turf and planting works
- Operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Working closely with Supervisors and Project Managers
- Maintaining a safe, productive and positive work environment
- Representing GWL's values and culture on every project

To be successful you'll have





- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- Current White Card
- Current driver's licence (MR licence advantageous)
- Plant operating experience highly regarded
- Strong work ethic and pride in your workmanship
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well within a team
