Join RSP's machine learning team, where you'll blend technical development with creative problem-solving to help bring visual effects to life. You'll split your time between building and improving ML tools and workflows, and applying machine learning directly to production work — all while working closely with artists and the wider Machine Learning team.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and refine machine learning tools that power real visual effects work on major productions

/n

- Bring creative and technical skills together — from data workflows to on-screen results

/n

- Design, develop, and improve ML-driven pipelines and tools from the ground up

/n

- Partner closely with artists to solve creative challenges with technical solutions

/n

- Take ownership of projects, from first idea through to delivery

/n/n

Skills and Experience

/n

- Solid experience building and running machine learning solutions

/n

- A problem-solver's mindset, with strong time management

/n

- Comfortable in Linux (Mac/Windows a bonus)

/n

- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit
